  3. I totally agree. If I don't eat breakfast not only do I feel horrible, but I tend to make horrible food choices for the remainder of the day. More unhealthy snack food to tide me over rather than a healthy breakfast. My favorite thing to make is scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, toast and a side of fruit for my family. I love waffles and pancakes but tend to only do that once a week, usually on the weekend.

  5. I used to think breakfast was the most important meal but a few years ago had to overhaul the food plan due to gluten intolerance and painful gut issues.I don't get to eat solid food first thing in the morning and i miss it! Maybe they'll invent a pill or something to help! Looks good though.
