Eat Smart Review and Giveaway

*I received a complimentary scale for review in exchange for my honest thoughts and opinions*

EatSmart is a great company that is helping people stay on track with weight and nutrition.  They have a scale that will fit anybody's needs, whether it's maintaining your diet with their kitchen scales to keep you from guessing on portion size, keeping track of your weight loss goals with their bathroom scales, or saving time and money at the airport with their easy to use luggage scale!

I have been exercising with Hubby for a few months now and have had a hard time seeing my results, which can be very discouraging.  I have not seen much change in my weight, which I am really ok with, because I am a horrible dieter I just love food too much I guess!  And I want to tone and tighten more than to lose weight, but when you see yourself everyday it's hard to see any changes.  That's why I decided to contact EatSmart to see if they would generously allow me to review one of their bathroom scales that also measures body fat.  I wanted to be able to see a little more than just weight and I think being able to see if my body fat percentage was going down even though my weight is staying the same it could give me the motivation I need to stick with it!

I was ecstatic when Eat Smart said yes!  They generously sent me their EatSmart Precision GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale in black.  I could not wait to get it open and start tracking my progress!

This is such a great looking scale!  I love the ultra thin smooth design; it has a high quality tempered glass platform, and feels very sturdy.  The Precision GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale has so many great features for me to tell you about!

EatSmart is nice enough to include the four AAA batteries for you to get started, I love that it takes easy to find batteries!  The last scale I had used one of those little silver hard to find batteries and when it needed a new one I looked all over town for it and couldn't find a store that carried it, so I am loving the AAA's!  The Precision GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale has "Step-On" technology which means when you step on you get an instant reading, no more touching the scale and waiting for it to get ready before you can step on.   It also has energy conserving automatic shut-off, a quick response 3.5 LCD display, and a max weight of 400lbs.

This scale can store up to 8 personal user profiles where you can program your age, height, and gender.  Once you have your personal user profile setup the scale will automatically recognize you every time you step on!  I love how easy it is to use and program I would have to say this is the best scale I have ever used!

The Precision GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale seems to be very accurate, a lot of scales I have been on give you a different reading every time you step on, but with this one gives you the exact same reading no matter how many times you step on, so there is no guessing about which reading you should use.  This bathroom scale uses BIA (bio-electrical impedance analysis) technology to calculate body fitness, where it gives you not only your body fat percentage but also, percentage of total body water, percentage of muscle mass, and bone mass.  Another thing I like is that your final reading cycles on the screen three times before turning off giving you plenty of time to get a good look at all of your readings.

Hubby and I love our new scale!  Being able to see the change in my body fat has kept me motivated knowing that my hard work is paying off, it's amazing what being able to see a little change will do!

I would highly recommend the Precision GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale it is accurate, well made, and user friendly with a ton of great features!  If you are looking for a great scale this is it!
