I couldn't wait to receive the Gummy Candy Maker for review in our Holiday Gift Guide, Little Miss loves anything gummy (gummy bears, gummy worms, fruit snacks, and anything else of the sort) so I knew when this arrived I would be the best mom ever!

The Gummy Candy Maker allows you to make delicious gummy candies in everyone's favorite flavors, colors, and shapes at home!  The Gummy Candy Maker includes 2 heating pots, a heated base, 4 interlocking ice trays, 4 silicone shape molds (2 bears, 1 fish, and 1 worm), and an extra large bear mold.

It is very easy to put together, the ice trays hook on to one another, the heated base goes in the middle, and the silicone shape molds set right on top of the ice trays.

They include 3 gummy recipes one for basic and sour gummy creatures, vitamin gummies, and energy gel chews.  We decided to make the basic gummies, you only need 3 ingredients which are water, flavored gelatin, and unflavored gelatin.  It was so fun and easy to do!  Little Miss and I had such a great time making these gummies and cant wait to try out the other recipes.  They send you 2 heating pots so that you can do more than one flavor at a time, I didn't realize that when I picked up the flavored gelatin and only got one, but we are looking forward to experimenting with different flavors and colors.  Little Miss was able to do pretty much everything on her own with very little help.

You mix the three ingredients into the heating pot, set it inside the heated base, and stir until the mixture has melted.  While you are waiting on the mixture to melt it is a good time to fill the trays with ice and place the molds on top.  Once the mixture is melted carefully pour into the molds and let them chill.

The gummies actually taste like the ones you buy at the store, Little Miss just loved them!  The molds are very cute, you can actually see all of the detail on each creature.   We can't wait to make the giant bear!  Another great thing about the Gummy Maker is that clean up is a breeze!

I would recommend the Gummy Maker!  It is fun, so easy a 5 year old can do it, and makes great tasting gummy candy!  Just imagine how fun these would be at your next party.  This would make a wonderful gift for the gummy lover on your shopping list this year!

Congrats to Lily Kwan!
