Let's face it. When you have a baby, things are going to get messy. Am I right? Of course I am! You're going to have blow outs and messy faces, and most of all, you're going to have boogies. Yep, boogies. Baby A always gets boogies and rather than cleaning them up with a tissue, paper towel, or my ever faithful sleeve, I choose to clean them up with Boogie Wipes!

Boogie Wipes as created in 2007 by two moms, Julie and Mindee, after intensive research and development. They sought out to create a soft saline nose wipe that would help with runny noses and stuffy noses alike and came up with what we now know as Boogie Wipes. Boogie Wipes come in four different scents; Fresh, Menthol, Grape, and Unscented.
Boogie Wipes generously scent me two full packs of Boogie Wipes as well as a handful of sample sizes that are perfect for the diaper bag! I have to admit, this is not our first time using Boogie Wipes, in fact we have been purchasing Boogie Wipes for a long time now because we love them so much! Needless to say, I was excited when Boogie Wipes wanted to team up and I couldn't wait to share them with my lovely readers.
The two scents that Boogie Wipes sent me were Fresh Scent and Grape. I absolutely love the Fresh Scent Boogie Wipes, they're the ones that I typically reach for at the store! The grape has a nice, light scent of grape that isn't overwhelming and is perfect for your little one to catch a whiff of when you're wiping their noses.
Boogie Wipes come in a small wipe container that easily allows you to pull out one wipe at a time, and is small enough to carry in your diaper bag if you need them on the go. The air tight closure ensures that your Boogie Wipes will not dry out if your little one isn't need of them for a while!
The wipes themselves are extremely soft and I feel great about using them on Baby A's little nose. The saline in them really helps dissolve and remove the boogies from my little guys nose. I do have to say, as much as I love the Boogie Wipes, they're not magical as I wish they were, and Baby A still screams and cries and thrashes around when I come near him, wipe in hand! Right now Baby A is teething horribly and with teeth come a runny nose, so I have been extremely grateful to have Boogie Wipes and have them pretty much in every room of the house...not to mention my diaper bag and the car!
Pick up a pack or two of Boogie Wipes to have on hand when your sweet baby gets a runny or stuffy nose! You'll be so glad to have these when the time comes and if you pick up the Menthol Scent, your little one will have a little extra help with relieving that uncomfortable stuffy nose!

You've made the switch to cloth for your little one,
now why not make the switch for yourself?
We were in the airplane and my daughter who was eating her snacks turned to me really loudly and announced, "Mommy, my boogie tastes good!"
ReplyDeleteMy husbands boss bent down at a function to say hello to our daughter and she promptly sneezed in his face. Lovely. He was a sport though.
ReplyDeleteI was at Disneyland taking pictures of my 6 month old who wasn't feeling well that day. People kept lookin at her weird when we were takin a bunch of pictures with the characters. When I got ahold of the pictures a few mins later I was able to see these big gross boogers all over her face! I wonder why no one said to wipe her nose lol
ReplyDeletemy nephew loves to "sniff" boogie wipes
ReplyDeleteWell my hubby likes to pretend to eat his boogers and my two year old though he actually was and decided to try it. :)
ReplyDeleteI told my 3yo to stop picking her nose the other day; that if she needed to get boogers out she should use a tissue. She told me they were "someone else's boogers that's why I have to get them out." As if that negates needing a tissue!
ReplyDeleteMy son was having a fit at the grocery store and he just blew his nose without covering it and then there he was all covered with green sticky boogies all over his face!
