Brica generously sent me their Deluxe Snack Pod to review for you today! One thing that drives me crazy about the majority of the strollers on the market these days is the fact that they usually are missing a snack tray, or if they have one it is sold separately from the stroller. Do stroller companies not think that a snack tray is necessary? I can't think of a time when Baby A has been in the stroller and hasn't had a sippy cup and/or snacks with him and as I'm sure you can relate to, it's rather challenging to keep a baby from tossing their things over the side of the stroller (or high chair, car seat, etc) when they are bored with them. Luckily for us parents, Brica created a universal snack pod that attaches to almost every stroller, car seat, and just about anything else you can think of. Go ahead, sigh in relief and kiss your frustrations good-bye, your problems are now solved!

I decided to take the Deluxe Snack Pod for a spin while out on a walk with Baby A. I was able to attach it to the bumper bar on our Maxi Cosi Foray within seconds and be ready to go. The Deluxe Snack Pod is large enough to fit a sippy cup (or two) and/or snacks, yet it is still compact enough where you won't have trouble fitting through doorways due to it sticking out or have to worry about someone bumping into it.

Brica thought of everything when they designed their Deluxe Snack Pod and included a removable snack trap cup that fits perfectly in one of the cup holders. Assuming your Deluxe Snack Pod would sit slightly outward of your child, Brica designed the 'trap' part of the snack trap to be less constricting than those you would find at the store because it is likely that your child will be reaching for it and they wanted to make it easier for them to get a hold of their snacks yet still prevent any accidental messes.The snack trap lid is removable so if your child is older or do just do not feel that it is necessary for them, you can take it off for easier access.

Brica deserves a round of applause for thinking of this simple yet wonderful feature of their Deluxe Snack Pod- the self adjusting cup holder. Thanks this addition your cup holder will accommodate almost any size sippy cup that you choose to bring with you.

If you choose to remove the snack trap you will then have room for another drink, or anything else that you choose to put in there such as a small toy or extra pacifiers.

To attach your Deluxe Snack Pod to you stroller, simply push and turn the green knob to the left to loosen the "arms", place the item that you will be attaching the Deluxe Snack Pod to (such as the stroller's bumper bar or the side of the car seat) between the "arms", and push and turn the green knob to the right to tighten. You will want to make sure that your Deluxe Snack Pod is very snug before placing anything in it otherwise everything might go tumbling!

Overall I think that the Brica Deluxe Snack Pod is a must have for any strollers that lack a snack tray. I can honestly tell you that if your little one is as big on snacks as my son is, you will get a ton of use out of the Snack Pod! Not only is it extremely affordable at only $14.99 but it is high quality and extremely durable. Due to operator error the Deluxe Snack Pod has taken a few falls and has held up like a champ! No cracks, scratches, or dents! The best part is, the Deluxe Snack Pod is BPA Free and dishwasher safe!

The Brica Deluxe Snack Pod could also be used on the front of your stroller if you are in need of a better parent tray as well!
